Year 3 – Miss E Taylor

Welcome to Year 3

As part of our RE topic, Christian Churches, we visited St Pauls Church. We had a lovely welcome from Matt who taught us so much about  his church and even told us how his church is different to other Christian Churches in Spennymoor. 

Year 3 enjoyed a trip to our local library, we all got to choose a book go bring back to school and enjoy for the next few weeks. We can’t wait to go back and exchange them for a new one! 

In Year 3, We have moved onto learning about length and perimeter in maths. Some of our childr3en have enjoyed exploring the school measuring things that are greater than and smaller than a metre.
